What are the ingredients I need to make Butter Fish Fry?

·         Fish Fillets                               1 can
·         Ginger Garlic paste                 1 ½ tbsp
·         Lemon Juice                            1 tbsp
·         Red Chili powder                   1 tbsp
·         Cashew Nuts                           ¼ cup, paste
·         Almonds                                 ¼ cup, Paste
·         Corn flout                               1 -2 cups
·         Egg                                          2
·         Milk                                         ½ cup
·         Black pepper Powder              ½ tbsp
·         Butter                                      1 cup
·         Cucumber                                1, finely sliced
·         Tomato                                    2, finely sliced
·         Onion                                      2, finely sliced
·         Tomato sauce                          half cup
·         Salt to taste

What is the method to prepare Butter Fish Fry?

·         Take a wide bowl, add garlic – ginger paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, cashew nuts       paste, almonds paste and some salt to it.mix well
·         Add Fish Fillets to the mixture and marinate it well for at least 15 – 20 minutes
·         Take another bowl add corn flour, egg, milk, black pepper powder and salt. Stir this            mixture well and make fine batter
·         Now, put a pan on the stove and pour butter into it as you require to deep fry
·         Dip Fish Fillets one by one into the batter and deep fry them on medium flame till their         color turns to brown
·         Twist extra oil and keep them over a tissue paper so that the extra oil gets soaked away
·         Serve hot!!

Tips

 Serving tips:

·         Keep all the Butter Fish Fry in 4 – 5 plates as required
·         Garnish with the finely chopped  cucumber, tomatoes and onions
·         Serve the Butter Fish Fry hot with tomato sauce
