What are the ingredients I need to make Chicken Manchurian?
Ingredients for Chicken Marinate:
·
½ kg boneless chicken
·
2 tbsp oil
·
1 tsp.vinegar
·
2 tbsp soya sauce
·
1 tsp. black pepper powder
·
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Sauce:
·
½ cup chicken broth
·
½ small sized onion
·
2-3 finely chopped chillies
·
1 tsp. corn flour dissolved in 4-5 tbsp of water
·
1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
·
5-6 garlic chopped
·
2 pieces ginger chopped
·
¼ pepper
·
4 tbsp honey
What is the method to prepare Chicken Manchurian?
- Chop chicken into fine bite size pieces
- Add green chillies, pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and salt to chicken stock. Marinate for 30 minutes
- Blend tomato sauce, soya sauce, corn flour paste, salt honey and pepper in another bowl
- Pour oil in a pan and fry marinated chicken pieces until tender. Add onion and spring green onions.
- Add sauce mixture into chicken, cook uncovered by stirring constantly till sauce is thickened.
- Simmer for few minutes.
- Let stand 1 – 2 minutes, mix well.
- Garnish with generous amount of spring green onions, serve hot!!!!!!!!!
