butter masala & kadai Paneer. This dish goes well with Rotis, Naan &

What are the ingredients I need to make Palak Paneer?
·
Spinach 10 cups, chopped
·
Paneer 1
½ cup, cut into 12 mm size
·
Garlic 4 cloves
·
Ginger 25
mm piece
·
Green Chilies 2, finely chopped
·
Turmeric powder ½
tsp
·
Tomato Pulp ¾
cup
·
Garam Masala 1
tsp
·
Fresh Cream 2
tbsp
·
Salt to taste
What is the method to prepare Palak Paneer?
·
Soak spinach in a vessel full of boiling water
for 2 – 3 minutes
·
Drain the hot water & fill with cold water
and keep it aside for few minutes
·
Grind it to make smooth puree
·
Take a pan, pour oil and heat
·
Add chopped onions & stir fry on medium
flame till they turn lucid / translucent
·
Now, add ginger, garlic, green chilies, turmeric
powder, and cook for 1 – 2 minutes on medium flame
·
Add tomato pulp and saute till the mixture leaves
oil, while stirring continuously
·
Now add spinach puree & 2 tbsp of water. Stir
well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes
·
Add Garam Masala, salt & fresh cream. Mix well
·
Add fried Paneer, mix gently & cook for more
1 – 2 minutes on medium flame
·
Serve hot!!
