What are the Ingredients Required to Make Lemon Chinese Chicken?
·
boneless chicken 250gms
·
cup Maida ½
cup
·
oil for
deep frying
·
Egg 1
·
Lemon 3
tsp
·
soya sauce 1
tbsp
·
Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
·
Tomato Ketchup 1tbsp
·
green chilies pieces 2 finely chopped
·
Garlic 2
tsp, paste
·
Ginger 2
tsp, paste
·
Salt to taste
How to Prepare Lemon Chinese Chicken?
·
Chop
chicken into fine bite size pieces
·
Mix
Maida, egg white, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon with chicken. Marinate for
30 minutes
·
Deep
fry the Mixed with Maida chicken in hot oil for 10 -15 minutes or till they tender crisp.
·
Remove
these deep fried chicken into a separate bowl
·
Pour
2tsp oil in a pan/Kadai and add small green chilies pieces, ginger garlic, soya
sauce, chili paste, tomato ketchup, 2tsp lemon and salt, mix well. Keep it aside for 5 minutes
·
Take
a frying pan, add 2 tbsp oil and heat it
·
Add
deep fried chicken and sauce mixture to pan and sauté uncovered till sauce is thickened. Keep stirring continuously.
·
Simmer
for few minutes and mix it well. Let it stand for 1-2 min.
·
Garnish
with Coriander spring green onions, lemon slices and,
serve hot!!!!!!!!!
