kadhi Sorbat’. It is the most popular traditional Kokum in coconut milk
from western coastal region of India. This Kokum drink is easy to prepare,

prepared with coconut milk, spiced with green chilies, sweet and tanginess from
Kokum and flavored with fresh cilantro. It looks very appealing in awesome pink
color and is very good for digestion. Kokum has various beneficial properties

What are the ingredients I need to make Sol Kadhi Sarbat?

Fresh Coconut 1,slightly
Tender
·
Kokum 2
pieces
·
Garlic 10
gm, finely chopped
·
Green chili 1,
finely chopped

Sugar 1

Ginger 5
gm, finely chopped
What is the method to prepare Coconut Juice?
· Soak the Kokum for 10 minutes in warm water
·
Grate the coconut and blend it with a little
water
·
Strain the coconut milk, add ice cube and set
aside
·
Add the Kokum Juice, finely chopped garlic,
ginger, chili and sugar to the coconut milk and mix
·
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled
