Ingredients Required for Spicy Chicken Sesame Gold Coin Recipe

·         Bread slices                        8
·         Chicken                              300 gms, Minced
·         Onion                                 1small, finely chopped
·         Ginger                                ½ inch piece
 ·         Garlic                                4 -6 Cloves, Finely chopped
·         Eggs                                   2
·         Coriander (dhania)              1, finely chopped
·         Spring onions                      2, finely chopped
·         Red chilli powder               ¼ tsp 
·         Soy sauce                          1 tsp 
·         plain flour (maida)              ½ cup
·         Sesame seeds (til)              2 tbsp
·         Oil for deep frying
·         Salt to taste
·         Pepper to taste

How to Prepare Chicken Gold Coin?

For the Filling

·         Wash cleanly, drain and mince the chicken again, as with well minced chicken you can make balls easily
·    Take a vessel and add chopped onions, soy sauce, red chilli powder, 1 egg, pepper, ginger, garlic, coriander and salt and mix well
·         Add the above mixture well minced chicken
·         That’s all, keep this filling aside


 Proceeding to Gold Coin

·         Take bread slices and it’s time to cut these slices in round shape. This can be done with the help of biscuit cutter
             If you don’t have cutter, use sharp edge glass, or bottle lid
·         Cut two coins from one each slice

·         Beat 1 egg in bowl, brush one side of each bread circles with egg
·         Take some chicken filling you prepared earlier, spread it over the each circle and press gently by hand
·         Dissolve flour in little amount water to make soft paste and apply it over the bread
·         Spread bread crumbs and sesame over it
·         Refrigerate them for 40 mins
·         Now take a large frying pan, heat oil. When it is hot enough fry the bread circles till they are golden brown
·         Remove them on an absorbent paper or tissue paper to drain excess oil
·         Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce

Taking about Sesame Vegetable Gold Coins, it’s a popular starter prepared in many occasions using Veggies like Potatoes, Carrot etc and Bread. All the veggies are fried and then place upon the bread and then sautéed till golden brown. So just for its look and color this snack is named as Sesame Vegetable Gold Coin. It looks too awesome and appealing and taste fabulous as well. So today I planned to share this tasty starter Sesame Vegetable Gold Coin Recipe with you all. Ingredients Required for Sesame Vegetable Gold Coin Recipe

·         Bread slices                       8
·         Carrots                             100 gms, finely chopped
·         French beans                    100 gms, finely chopped
·         Potatoes                           75 gms 
·         Coriander (dhania)            1, finely chopped
·         Spring onions                    2, finely chopped
·         Red chilli powder              ¼ tsp
 ·         Soy sauce                        1 tsp 
·         plain flour (maida)             ½ cup
·         Sesame seeds (til)             2 tbsp
·         Oil for deep frying
·         Salt to taste
·         Pepper to taste

How to Prepare Sesame Vegetable Gold Coin?

·         Take a pan, heat oil and add chopped Spring onions, Carrot and French Beans. Sauté for            few minutes
·         Now take smashed potatoes, soy sauce, red chilli powder, Coriander leaves and salt. Add them to fried                      vegetables, mix well and sauté again for few minutes
·         That’s all, keep this filling aside

What are the ingredients I need to make Chicken Pakode?

·         Chicken                             1 kg, boneless
·         Oil for deep frying
·         Red chili                             2 tbsp
·         Coriander powder              1 tsp
·         Turmeric                             ½ tsp
·         Onion                                 1 medium sized, finely sliced
·         Salt to taste
·         Ginger – Garlic paste          2 tbsp
·         Water                                 2 cup
·         Gram Flour (Besan)            2 cup
·         Coriander                           2 tbsp

What is the method to prepare Chicken Pakode?

·         Wash and rinse chicken thoroughly. Cut them in small pieces
·         Heat 2 tbsp oil in a vessel, add chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden in color
·         Add ginger – garlic paste and cook for ½ a minute
·         Now add salt, red chili, turmeric and coriander powder and cook till gravy starts leaving         oil
·         Next add chicken and sauté till 5 – 7 minutes
·         Pour 2 cups of water and cook covered till water drains up completely. Put off the flame.
·         Take a bowl; add gram flour, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili, a pinch turmeric and coriander         powder. Add water and prepare smooth paste
·         Now dip cooked chicken pieces into gram flour paste and fry them till they turn golden        brown
·         Serve hot!!

What are the Ingredients Required to make Bread Chicken Rolls?

  • Chicken                                              ½ kg
  • Potato                                                  2
  • Egg                                                         4
  • Spring green onion                          1 cup, chopped
  • Butter                                                   ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves                              ½ cup, chopped
  • Mint leaves                                        ½ cup, chopped
  • Green chili                                          8 – 10, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder                     ½ tsp
  • Bread slices                                        20
  • Oil for deep frying

 What is the Method to Prepare Bread Chicken Rolls?

  • Boil chicken, egg and potato separately
  • Peel potatoes and mash them. Peel boiled eggs and cut in to small pieces
  • Grate the boiled chicken into tissues
  • Add chicken, potato, egg, chopped spring onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chili, butter & pepper powder and mix well
  • Next remove the browns o bread slices
  • Apply water on slices with finger.  Put some chicken mixture at the center of the slice and roll the slice
  • Press with little effort to seal the rolls
  • Repeat the above steps with all slices
  • Refrigerate these rolls for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, take out the bread rolls
  • Take a frying pan and pour oil in to it. Heat the oil
  • Add these bread rolls to hot oil and fry them till they turns to golden brown
  • Your hot yummy bread chicken roll are ready to serve!

Tips

Serve these Chicken rolls with  tomato Ketchup!

What are the ingredients I need to make Besan Pakoda?

·         Besan (Gram Flour)                         250 gm
·         Salt to taste
·         Coriander powder                           2 tsp
·         Red chili powder                              1 tsp

·         Turmeric  powder                            a pinch
·         Onion                                                    1 large, chopped
·         Ginger garlic paste                           1 tbsp
·         Oil for deep frying
·         Baking soda                                        a pinch

What is the method to prepare Pakoda?

·         Mix gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, coriander powder, and baking soda
·         Add ½ cup water, mix well to make soft batter. Keep aside for 20 minutes
·         Pour oil in heavy bottomed frying pan, and heat it
·         When it is hot enough, using small table spoon, pour pakoda batter in to the oil
·         To check if the oil is hot enough to fry the pakodas, drop a little batter into the oil, if the batter rises to the surface immediately, the oil is ready for frying the pakodas.
·         Fry them till they turn to golden brown
·         Serve hot with chopped onion and tea

Why not try this Hyderabadi Luqmi Recipe for you today’s party? Luqmi is a traditional and genuine flavorful Hyderabadi starter. It’s very much similar to that of Samosa with a crust pastry and filled with mutton mince in center and shaped into a flat square pie. Especially in Hyderabadi wedding or in other celebration this Non Veg Luqmi is normally served as a starter. The Snack is prepare with (Refined Flour-Maida) dough combine in milk by mixing flour with a lil amount of water and Ghee until it turns very smooth, and filled with minced.

What are the ingredients Required to make Luqmi?

  • Maida (Multi purpose Flour)                      2 cup
  • Suji (Semolina)                                                 1 cup
  • Egg                                                                         1
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced Mutton                                                ½ kg
  • Ginger – Garlic paste                                      ½ tbsp
  • Pepper powder                                                1 tsp
  • Lemon                                                                  2
  • Red chili powder                                              1 tsp
  • Milk                                                                       ¼ cup
  • Cumin seeds                                                      1 tbsp
  • Baking soda a pinch
  • Coriander leaves                                              ½ cup, chopped
  • Mint leaves                                                        ½ cup, chopped
  • Turmeric                                                              1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder                                  1 tsp
  • Ghee                                                                     2 tbsp
  • Onion                                                                    1, small, chopped

 What is the method to prepare Luqmi?

  • Take a large bowl, add maida, suji, cumin seeds, baking soda, egg white, salt and mix well
  • Add ghee & warm milk to it. Knead thoroughly to get soft dough. Keep it aside for 30 min to 1 hour
  • Clean, wash minced meat and drain thoroughly
  • Take a frying pan, pour oil and heat it
  • Add minced mutton and saute till its color is changed
  • Now add ginger – garlic paste. Cook  for 1 minute
  • Add red chili powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala powder  to it and mix well
  • Cook the mutton in its liquid for 5 minutes or till it dries up
  • Add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes
  • Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove and keep the cooked mutton aside
  • Take the dough, make small  ball of it
  • Roll out small chapattis using a rolling pin. Cut them in square shape
  • Put some cooked mutton over one chapati and cover it with another chapati. Wet your finger with water and press the edges together with finger to seal chapatis
  • Take a heavy bottomed frying pan (kadai), pour oil into it and heat the oil
  • Fry these luqmis till they turn to golden brown
  • Remove them on paper towel or tissue to drain the excess oil
  • Serve hot!
