What are the ingredients I need to make Alle Belle Recipe?
For Crepes:
·
Milk 500
ml
·
Multi Purpose Flour 150 gm
·
Eggs 5
·
Sugar 25
gm
·
Oil 25
ml
For Filling:
·
Coconut 500
gm, freshly grated
·
Jaggery 200
gm, grated palm
·
Cashew nuts handful,
chopped
What is the method to prepare crepes stuffed with coconut?
For Crepes:
·
Take a bowl and add milk, flour, eggs, sugar
and oil and mix
·
Strain them to form a thin batter
·
Put a frying pan on stove, and pour a ladle of
this batter in to it to prepare thin crepes
·
Cool the cooked crepes and set aside
For Filling:
· Take a vessel and mix freshly grated coconut,
chopped cashew nuts and grated jaggery together
·
Spoon the filling on to each crepe and roll it
up firmly
·
Your Alle Belle is ready to serve
·
It can be served warm or cold
