Dahi Ki Kadhi Kadi pakoda
Try this Dahi ki Kadhi or Kadi Pakoda dish this summer. This curry is prepared with gram flour (besan) and curd. It gives a more fantastic taste if yogurt has a sharp-tasting taste and best goes with plain rice and roti.

·         Zeera powder                                   2 tsp
·         Zeera                                                    1 tsp
·         Ginger – garlic                                   1 tbsp paste

·         Turmeric                                              1 tsp, powder
·         Red chili powder                              1 tsp
·         Coriander leaves                              1 bunch, chopped

What is the method to prepare Curd Curry?

·         Grind chopped onion

·         Add 2 liter of water to this mixture and mix well
·         Take a large bowl and pour this yoghurt mixture in to it over a wide tea net to trap all             loose mixture.
·         Now add ginger – garlic paste and zeera powder to the mixture in bowl and cook on              high flame with continuous stirring till it starts boiling
·         Add onion paste, reduce the flame and cook till the curry gets slightly thickened
·         When curry is thick enough, or reached your desired consistency, put off the flame
·         Meanwhile prepare pakodas with remaining gram flour. Add these fried pakodas to                curry
·         Take a frying pan, heat 1 cup oil. Add zeera and red chili to it. Let them splutter
·         Add this to the curry.
·         Serve with chapatti or plain rice
