·         Yoghurt                              1 cup
·         Mango                                1 cup, chopped
·         Honey                                 ½ tbsp
·         Green Tea                           ½ cup
·         Ice cubes

What is the method to prepare Mango Flavored Beverage?

·         Mix yoghurt and Green tea together and blend them well using a blender
·         Add mango, honey and ½ cup ice cubes and blend them again

Mango Panna Cotta | Mango Dessert Recipe

What are the ingredients I need to make Mango Panna Cotta?

·         Fresh cream                                       1 ¼ cup
·         Full fat milk                                        ¾ cup
·         Sugar                                                 ½ cup
·         Vanilla essence                                   1 tsp
·         Cardamom powder                           ¼ tsp
·         Gelatin                                               1 ¼ tsp
·         Water                                                3 - 4 tbsp (warm)
·         Mango puree                                     1 ½ cups
·         Sugar                                                 2 tbsp
·         Lemon juice                                       1 tsp
·         Cardamom powder a pinch

What is the method to prepare Mango Dessert?

·         To prepare mango coulis. In a small vessel, add the mango puree, sugar, cardamom           powder and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off flame, add lemon juice and mix. Let it cool.
·         Lightly grease the insides of the bowls you are going to serve the panna cotta. Pour the       mango coulis among the dessert bowls and cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for an       hour or two.
·         In a small bowl, soak Gelatin in hot water and keep aside for a few minutes.
·         In a stainless steel vessel, add whole milk and fresh cream and bring them to a boil on         low flame. Add sugar and simmer till the sugar dissolves. Stir occasionally. Turn off                flame.
·         While the sugar is dissolving in the milk mixture, prepare the Gelatin mixture. Place the        small bowl on low flame and stir continuously till the Gelatin melts and becomes a clear         mixture with no lumps. Remove from heat.
·         Test the milk mixture with your fingers to see if there is any sugar left which is not                 dissolved. The sugar has been to completely dissolve and blends well with Gelatin.                 Place this over an ice bowl and fluff up well till Luke warm.
·         Add the cooled agar agar mixture, vanilla essence and cardamom powder to the milk          mixture and mix well till it is well blended.
·         Remove the cling wrap from the refrigerated dessert bowls with mango coulis and divide        the milk-agar agar mixture among them. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at                 least 4 to 6 hrs or overnight.
·         At the time of serving, remove the cling wrap, garnish with few mango cubes.
 Tips
·         If using gelatin, place it in cold water to bloom. Agar agar should be soaked in warm                water.
·         Ramekins, shot glasses, small dessert bowls can be used to serve the panna cotta.
·         Do ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved when you add the agar agar mixture.          Mix well and place over an ice bath and whisk till Luke warm.

·         First of all, strain the yogurt in a muslin cloth overnight
·         Add  ¼ tsp of Saffron strands to 2 tbsp of warm milk for 15 – 30 minute
·         Beat the thick curd for 1 – 2 minutes until it turns creamy.
·         Add mango pulp, Saffron milk, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
·         Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours
·         Serve them in individual bowls or cups with crushed nuts on top.

What are the ingredients I need to make Mango Rice?

·         Rice                                        2 cups, Cooked
·         Raw Mango                        1 cup, Grated
·         Turmeric Powder             ¼ tsp
·         Ginger                                  1 tsp, finely chopped
·         Dry Red chili                       2 no’s, broken
·         Salt    to taste
·         Oil                                           2 – 3  tsp
·         Mustard seeds                  ¼ tsp
·         Urad Dal                               1 tsp
·         Chana (Gram) Dal            1tsp
·         Peanuts                                               2 tsp
·         Curry Leaves                      1 sprig

What is the method to prepare Mango Rice?

·         Cook rice and spread it a plate. Let it cool.
·         Wash & peel off raw mango skin and grate it using vegetable grater.
·         Now take a frying pan and heat oil in it. When it is hot enough, add mustard seeds and    wait till it fume.
·         Add peanuts and roast till golden brown.
·         Add channa dal & urad dal in it, and fry till they turn in to light golden brown
·         Now add ginger, dry red chili, curry leaves and stir fry well and add grated mango and  turmeric powder and Saute for a minute. Keep stirring and don’t cook for longer
·         Next, add cooked rice, salt and cook for 1-2 minutes
·         Your tangy & tasty Mango Rice ready. Serve With fryums or potato fry.
